Alpine-based NGINX with HTTP2 support, libressl, luajit, and upstream health check

Running NGINX

I made a docker image to serve the front yard of my blog. To support HTTP2, I built it with libressl (why?). Luajit is also built in to satisfy my curiosity. This is no commercial version of NGINX, though I also included an upstream health check module.
